7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as socks or intimate apparel) may be final sale.

25. Full Agreement.

The failure of the CONTROLLER to exercise or demand compliance with any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation, performance, and enforcement of this agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

The Site is hosted on the Shopify Inc. e-commerce platform , which provides the technological infrastructure that allows the sale of products and services online to the user.
